Village Education Centers

True Hope Foundation runs evening education centers in villages, providing 2-hour educational sessions for 20-50 children from all castes and creeds. These centers serve as community transformation hubs, reaching out to diverse backgrounds. Each leaders facilitates learning while raising second-level leaders who will establish additional centers. The program aims to create 5 centers per leaders, ultimately reaching 250 children per leaders and fostering holistic community development through education.

Literacy Program

Addressing illiteracy as a fundamental right, True Hope Foundation implements comprehensive adult literacy programs across communities. The initiative aims to eradicate illiteracy within a 10-year span, taking a holistic approach to mission work. The program serves marginalized and oppressed communities irrespective of caste, creed, or color, empowering adults with essential reading and writing skills. This educational foundation enables community members to access opportunities and participate fully in social and economic development.

Village Women Empowerment Program

The women empowerment initiative establishes sewing centers training 5 young women per village in vocational skills. These centers provide practical skill development, fostering economic independence and self-sufficiency. The program aims to become self-supported over time, creating sustainable income opportunities for women. By empowering women with marketable skills, the initiative promotes gender equality, financial autonomy, and community development while breaking cycles of poverty and dependency in rural areas.

CDO (Community Development Organizer Training)

This specialized training program develops 3,000 “shining stars” to serve as community case leaders. The four-year comprehensive curriculum includes three phases: local church coaching, advanced monthly training with secular education opportunities, and residential Vision 30 program. Selected leaders receive biblical doctrine, practical theology, computer skills, and PGDCA certification. Graduates return to establish community transformation centers, coach emerging leaders, and start schools, creating multiplying impact across districts.

Widow Care

True Hope Foundation demonstrates compassionate concern for widows, providing dignified support to ensure they live with respect and security. The ministry offers financial assistance, emotional support, and practical help to needy widows who often face marginalization. This initiative addresses both spiritual and social needs, ensuring widows receive care they deserve. The program emphasizes treating widows with dignity, helping them overcome poverty and social isolation while building supportive community networks.

Family Building Seminar

These seminars strengthen leaders families and church elder families within the True Hope Foundation network. The conferences provide spiritual encouragement, practical guidance, and relationship-building opportunities for ministry leaders and their families. Sessions address challenges faced by leadersal families, offering biblical teaching and support systems. The seminars foster unity among network churches, equip leaders for effective ministry, and promote healthy family dynamics essential for sustainable community transformation and growth.

Facilitator Training

Monthly on-field training programs equip 250 independent leaderss across 9 groups, with 200 additional leaderss awaiting enrollment. Facilitators conduct day-long sessions including biblical teaching, ministry strategies, and community development approaches. Training costs approximately Rs. 4,000 per session (20 participants), covering facilitator travel and participant meals. This ongoing education establishes leaderss in God’s Word, develops second-level leaders, and implements transferable strategies for reaching unreached villages with holistic transformation throughout Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
